Convict to Calling exists to rebuild men and families through accountability, ownership, disciplined structure, and lived leadership. We equip individuals to transform pain into purpose, restore identity, strengthen marriages, and lead their children with integrity. We believe no one is defined by their worst mistake. Through motivational speaking, mentorship, practical resources, and honest conversations, our mission is to help people break destructive cycles, embrace responsibility, and build a legacy that impacts generations.

Founded in Mt Carroll, Illinois, Convict to Calling was born from a deep personal understanding of struggle and triumph. Our journey began with a commitment to outreach and mentorship, evolving into a platform that provides practical resources, promotes engaging speaking events, and fosters a supportive community. We aim to build stronger families and offer second chances, proving that true change is possible.
Our core beliefs
We believe every person has inherent worth, no matter their past. No mistake, addiction, incarceration, failure, or broken relationship has the final say over a person’s life.
